Need 2 Matrix Neos and a Movie Masters Scarecrow

Eventually I'm going to turn this thread into my official trade list. So please do not delete this. For now this thread is my placeholder trade list. I'll edit it later.

But for now I'm in a bit of a bind. I need 2 Matrix Neos (the N2 Toys ones, not the McFarlane ones). Actually, I just need the heads and the weapons if anyone can oblige.

Also, I need just the coats from 2 Movie Masters Scarecrow figures. I don't need the whole figure, unless you just want to get rid of the whole thing. But if you can carefully pull the coat off of two Scarecrow figures (this can be done if you take the head off and are really careful pulling the coat over the arms) that would be great. But again, I'll take the whole thing if you want.

I don't have an official trade list yet, but I have a plethora of custom fodder. Just ask me for something and I'll see if I have it.

I'm also willing to pay cash for these things.

And if anyone out there just has one matrix neo or one scarecrow that's fine. You don't need to have 2 of each or all 4 to trade with me, really.
