Adonia stared blankly at the glittering darkness of the twilight moon. She thought to herself, 'Look at all the stars... I wish I could meet the person who made my sky as beautiful as the goddess Aphrodite herself...' And she turned to walk towards her house, thunder crackled in the distance. She spun on one foot, and looked to see where it had come from. Moments before she would give up and walk down the rain-soaked road down to her house, a lightning bold flashed from the mountain to the north... Mount Olympus.
She began to gape as the electric bolt smashed straight into the oak tree in front of her. She turned around, because the light was blinding. When she turned back around, a wooden man began to walk out of the tree. After each step he took towards Adonia, he became more and more human like. Finally, standing inches before her was the King God, lord of the sky, Lord Zeus.
"Uh," she said, and began to stutter. Zeus just held up a hand and closed his eyes. Adonia bowed, and she heard thunder crackle again. "Rise," Zeus said.
"You have answered my prayer!" she said.
"No, I have only come to pay you a visit," Zeus began to say, "Besides, I didn't create the stars... That is my grandfather's territory."
"Oh..." She was obviously nervous about why Zeus had come and spoken to her. Adonia had dreamed of Zeus many times before, but she could have never imagined him to be this glorious. But this moment of marvel was short lived when Zeus' arm sported a poisoned arrow. He howled, but just yanked it out of his bicep.
"My gods, you're hurt!" Adonia said.
"I'll be fine-" then the cut started to pour liquid blood. Ichor, the blood of the gods.
Adonia stared at the wound, fascinated at the color of his blood. She reached out and placed her finger on the wound, but pulled back when Zeus snapped in the opposite direction and threw a lightning bolt at an archer in the trees.
"Damned hunters," he said. "Always trying to overthrow me."
Adonia had stopped listening altogether, and was rubbing the ichor between her fingers. Zeus was watching her, almost as amazed as she was. To both of their surprise, her thumb opened up and began to drip human blood.
"Wow" Adonia managed to say. Her blood rolled down her thumb to meet with Zeus' ichor, and they mixed to become a violent orange color. Zeus said "Whatever you do, make sure that doesn't hit the ground," he said.
"Bye bye," she said, as if losing all sanity. Adonia turned over her hand and the blood droplet landed into the soil. And as soon as that had happened, she fell on the floor, dead.
"Adonia!" he said. He reached out his arm, but pulled back in pain as the ichor was running down his arm. With his good arm, he scooped up the spot of dirt that the blood dropped on. He began to walk away, helpless. But just before he left, he muttered, "Brother, take mercy on this mortal," no doubt talking to Hades, one of his two brothers. And in a brilliant flash of light, he was gone from the Earth, and back on Olympus.

"Hey, little brat."
The tyke was sitting on a brick wall when Ares, god of war, came up.
"Daddy says no talking to evil ones, bad guy," Aimanir said.
"Ohoho, so I'm the evil one?" he said, turning towards the Olympian throne room. "THANKS FOR NOTHING, DAD!" and once again, thunder crackled.
"Daddy is your daddy too?" Aimanir seemed surprised, though he knew his brother well.
"Don't even play stupid, little brother. You were born to a mortal, and a weak one at that."
"Don't MAKE FUN OF MOMMY!" he said. Then Aimanir began to cry. But there was no tears, but blood.
"Whoa! DAD! He's... doing something!"
Zeus came as fast as light would allow him.
"Ah, son," he said, putting his hand on Ares' shoulder,"That is why we call him Aimanir: The Blood Man."

"Hah," Aimanir said, now a young adult, "You fight like a dairy farmer,"
"How appropriate," Ares said, "You fight like a cow, little brother!"
They were in the forest of the great god Pan.
The exchanged sword blows, until Ares held up his hand. "Time out!"
Aimanir laughed, and said "Too much for my big brother?"
"Nah, just tired."
Aimanir looked sceptically at his brother. How could he, the god of war, be tired by doing what he does best? And just as he suspected, Ares jumped up and slashed at Aimanir's face.
"Now you look about as good as you fight: terrible." Ares said, chuckling at his own sly comment.
"Hey, at least I don't smell as bad as YOU fight. Speaking of which, how do you get that big nose of yours through the Olympian gates? You could stick two people up there."
Ares grasped his nose, and widened his eyes in terror. He dropped his sword and ran for his mommy. Aimanir froze. 'This can NOT be good.'
He turned around to find Ares, sitting down, pointing at Aimanir's face, and laughing his head off.
"YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOUR FACE!" He said, hardly containing his amusement.
Aimanir grasped his sword so hard his knuckles turned white. He slashed at his brothers arm, splattering ichor on both of their faces. Ares howled, and disintegrated. Aimanir knew he was not dead, just hiding. Then his sword hilt snapped in half. He examined it, and knew it was because he gripped it so tight. His power was enormous, his muscles were gigantic. And then, he slashed what was left of his sword at a nearby tree. It was cut clean, and Aimanir had barely made an effort.

"Okay, brother, this blade is for your gift. Don't go killing mortals, we all know what happened last time."
Hephaestus gave Aimanir a sword so large it made Zeus look like a midget (thunder crackle).
"Besides, brother, for every drop of mortal blood spilled on this blade, the less pure it becomes. It gives you all the powers of your father, and mine."
Aimanir slashed the air, and a bolt smashed into the wall of the workshop. Darkness crossed his eyes. "Of course not, brother. Whatever you say."
