Here's my take on the Oktober Guard Commander, Colonel Brekhov. Based on the classic Michael Golden version found in GI Joe Yearbook #2.

Head- modified (cigar) & repainted 25th Red Star
Web Gear- modified and repainted 25th Red Star & Indiana Jones
Lower Shirt- modified & repainted Indiana Jones Russian Soldier & white stuff sculpting compound
Legs- ROC Destro
Lower Arms- modified and repainted 25th Red Star (elbows, joints) & ROC Hawk (lower arms and hands)
Pistol- 25th Red Star
AK-47- Modified & repainted Marauders
Arm Pouch- modified TRU 1/18 Army Figure (?)
Main Uniform- Tamiya TS-68 Wooden Deck Tan
Web Gear, Hair- Tamiya XF-10 Flat Brown
Lower Shirt & Uniform Detailing- mix of Bambi Brown & Mudstone by Delta Acrylic Paint
Face, Forearms- Acrylics
I also created the custom card for this figure. All graphics and type were done in photoshop. The character illustration is a pencil drawing based on the classic Michael Golden art from GI Joe Yearbook #2 (back cover) that I scanned in, cleaned up and painted in photoshop.
Thanks for taking a look and for any comments or questions you might have.
