Here's my take on Shinobitron's Bulletstorm Cable recipe, recently updated:

Body: Neca Bulletstorm Grayson Hunt
Head: XMC Magneto w/new paint job and scarring
Weapons: XMC Angel missile launcher (painted w/notches carved in), ML Bishop shotgun & holster, and Unreal Tournament figure guns
Arm: Apoxie sculpt & Citadel Mithril Silver
Arm guard: XMC Angel hip (?) guard

Seeing the brilliance of what Shin and LooseCollector produced using this recipe, I had to make one of my own. I decided I wanted to see how this formula would work with 'traditional' X-men Blue & Gold color scheme, and I thin I pulled it off.

I popped ol' Grayson's head off to use in a future Wolverine custom, and grabbed my X-men Classics Magneto head. I scarred up his eye, painted the general eye area with a tan, then dry-brushed skin tone over the entire face. I then painted his right eye with Tamiya Chrome.

I also painted his neck with Tamiya chrome, and used a fine tip paint marker to draw the 'cybernetic' pattern. I sculpted a bit on his left arm, and then painted the entire thing with the Tamiya Chrome. Also sculpted the belt buckle, and painted the 'X' on his right knee pad.

Paints for the main body were Tamiya Flat Blue, Lemon Yellow for the trim blended with Citadel tan, with Citadel Scarlet Red for details.

Thanks for looking, PLEASE hit me up with feedback, it's very important to me!

Thanks again guys!!

Tried and tested formula. Magneto head + Grayson body = Cable. But I never get tired of seeing it as each one end up looking a lot different from the other. This one has it's own spin and appeal. The differences are subtle but it separates itself from the others and is clearly not just a copy. Good work bro.

Very nice and thanks for the props! I really like the color layout, but my favorite thing about this which makes it unique are the tally marks he's got on his BFG. That was a great touch! Well done!
