Sam Worthington as the Vet (Call of Duty: Black Ops) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:36921
Name:Sam Worthington as the Vet
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Call of Duty: Black Ops
Date Added:February 19, 2012
Base Figure:Neca Sam Fisher
Height:7.00 inches
I'ma huge gamer & fan of call of duty series just like billion others lol. Anyway, when I saw the modern warfare 3 live action trailer. I looked at my sam fisher figure & saw potential. I took the head & neck from Perseus figure & combined with sam fisher figure to retain all articulation. Then I used hands from resident evil 5 chris figure (had to cut, glue & modify the pegs to fit on the base figure). I took belts & other fodder pouches & glued it to the tactical vest. Boots came from t2 t-800 & the guns are from marvel select deadpool. After that, complete repaint & there you go.Sam Worthington played Alex Mason in Black Ops so this custom can also stand in for that minus the updated gears & guns. This is my first time painting skin tone. Not too happy with it though. Feedbacks are always welcome!

Thanks a lot man. I know this isn't the usual superhero/villains type that get posted daily & after all he looks like a generic modern soldier. But once I saw the trailer which imo was very funny & entertaining, I knew I had to make it. Glad you liked it dude!Btw I know your a batfan like me, I made few of them a while back, check them out when you can.

Hey! I used this head for my movie victor creed custom. Looks great on this body. For being the first time painting skin tones, ain´t bad at all. Took me a lot of experimenting to get my own formula for painting skin tones effectively. In the end, it was pretty simple and work wonder for details: 1. Coat of flat flesh 2.Wash in medium skin tone 3. Slight drybrush in flat flesh. That´s it. Try it sometime and you´ll be surprised with the results.
Keep ´em rolling, bro!
