Prowler (Spider-Man) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:3734
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Spider-Man
Date Added:August 24, 2007
Base Figure:Black Panther
Height:6.00 inches
I love the Prowler, so here's my attempt, using the same recipe as most others that I have seen.
Not much to tell... I cut the claws, sculpted the belt and those arm- and leg-things
I sculpted the part of the cape at the front, and at the back it merges with fabric so that it can easily be folded and he can sit in a cool pose on the wall.
At first I thought that my drybrush of lavender color was a bit bright, so I tried it with a more colorful color and it looked horrible, making me quickly go back to this, which is actually pretty close to the reference picture, so I think it's pretty good.

It overall isn't the best Prowler custom I've seen, but some aspects of it actually is, so I'm happy. Hope you guys think it's cool.

Sheesh man, I'm sorry.
I didn't mean to sound rude. I'm only 12.
I'm really sorry, and I won't bother you guys again.

Yeah, listen, asking guys who can barely afford to support the hobby for free stuff is a really bad idea. It's like asking people for a bunch of free cigarettes, no one will give them to you because they are so expensive, and good fodder is expensive AND hard to find
But yeah, start milking people for Christmas :P

Ah man! Oh well. Who do you know and how much do they charge?
Also, that's not my recipe. It sounds good though.
P.S Do you know Iron Cow? Once he sent me a big box of X-Men Evolution parts for Christmas.

Sorry I don't know anyone who gives parts away left and right.
For Puma, I'm gonna use the body from ML Angel and the head from AoA Wolverine. I saw Puma custom using AoA Wolverine on Fwoosh and thought it was smart, and as I have such a head, I'm going to try it.

It's alright man.
Do you know anyone who could hook me up with some parts though? I don't have any money, so I don't know if anyone would go for it.
P.S What are you going to use for Puma? I promise I will not use your recipe unless it is the same one I planned.
Thanks again.

Thanks. You know I live in Sweden, so figures and parts are pretty hard to come by and I have to buy everything from the US, which means I try my best to make use of everything I get, so you know, I might not be the best person to ask for stuff from.
I have what I need to make Puma but I haven't started it yet. He's probably the next one I'll do, but making him will take a long time and before that I'll probably finish a few of my others, so you can probably make one before me. But hey, you made Doppleganger before I did, and Hydroman and Grizzly too!

AWESOME thread man!
Do you have some parts I could use? Anything's fine.
P.S PLEASE don't do Puma yet! I have to beat you to something!

Yeah, what's up with that? And now you're the only one to comment on mine!
Have you checked out my thread?
I made a long post yesterday about all the figures I'm working on and that I've planned.

Hey that's great!
Looks a lot like mine. I can't believe you were the only one to reply on that!
Great job!
