Nothing new here, just a bunch of slight modifications to improve this figure. I'd like to thank my fellow Realmers who inspired me to do this; fitzjedi, TheGr8One, future_trunks, The Balzan and anyone else who has done this before. I thinned down his horns with a file. I re-sculpted the cowl, shortening the neck in the process, and used a piece of armature wire as a neck joint. Used a dremel to remove plastic from his armpits so he could lower his arms to a more natural position. The bat symbol is cut from construction paper and glued on. Painted the blue parts to black. Added some shading to the figure and a wired cloth cape. Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the response man ( though I doubt you'll even see this by now...). I've finally gotten back to working on the cape, yet I keep hitting a dead end with attaching the wire to the cape. I can't seem to find any rubber cement. Only "Contact Cement" which just soaks through the fabric. I've tried hot glue, krazy glue, thread... I'm looking into this two sided iron on adhesive called "stitch witchery". Hopefully that'll be my saving grace. But if you manage to see this message, would you consider making a tutorial? I'm sure a lot of people would really appreciate it! (especially me XD). Thanks again!

Great cape! I'm thinking of doing something in this style when I finally get around to putting a soft-goods cape on my DCSH Batman. I also looked at Revisionist Toymaker, who did something just as interesting but in a slightly different style.

Man... I did the exact same thing with the cape, but I can't figure out how to properly hide the wires. Can you post a more detailed description of how you made the cape?

Before attaching the cape to the figure, I laid it out flat. Placed a piece of masking tape along the edge where the wire is going to be placed, leaving about 1/4 inch of the fabric exposed above the edge of the tape. I applied a thin layer of rubber cement to the edge of exposed fabric.Let that dry. Place the wire in position, and then work your way from one end to the other, folding the edge over the wire as you go. When the dry, tacky rubber cement comes into contact with itself, if forms a very secure bond. Hope this helps.
