Catwoman 90s (DC Universe) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:39930
Name:Catwoman 90s
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:DC Universe
Date Added:June 14, 2012
Base Figure:1st Appearance Catwoman
Height:6.00 inches
Picked up a first appearance Catwoman on clearance and wanted to take a stab at her 90s costume. Though I am more of a fan of her current one this one still has a special place with me as this is the costume that was in almost all the comics I read when I got into Batman.

Head, Base, Hands: 1st App Catwoman
Boots: Psylocke with 1st app Cat feet

All of her accessories were made from various stuff lying around my work zone.

The usual routine for prep and a totally new paint job. I did give kitty a curvier bottom as when the skirt is removed from that figure it is way smaller than the rest of the figure and need to be made to fit the rest of the body.

As always Thanks for Looking!

Why couldn't they have just done this instead, or at least as a variant!!! This is awesome! What a great idea!

Great job on her! She looks really nice next to that Batman. Those DCUC females backsides are almost nonexistent. What was mattel thinking? Good job helping this one out.

Thanks! The whip is made from plastic coated electrical wire, gundam frame, and masking tape. The handle is the frame with a hole drilled into it then I crazy glue the wire to it. After it dried I used thin strips of masking tape and wrapped around the handle. I used a few coats of brush on crazy glue to harden it up then coated the entire thing with black industrial sharpie. I finally finished it all up with a coat of gloss black.

Hope that helps ya.

Really nice, thought I'm not a huge fan of this look for Catwoman you made it work. The shading on the purple part of her costume is beautiful.
