Gaiking (Soul of Chogokin) Custom Action Figure
Custom #:40820
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Soul of Chogokin
Date Added:July 13, 2012
Base Figure:scraps
Height:16.00 inches
Completion Time:6.00 hours
I got up one morning and had the idea(thank you Lord) to make a huge battle damaged trophy for my Great Mazinga. I figured Gaiking would work good, since when I was a kid, my Mazinga was a sparring partner to my friends' GAIKING's (3 of my friends had Gaikings!)and they all 3 insisted Gaiking was the more powerful Shogun Warrior!

Recipe: balled up newspaper wrapped in duck tape
wire mesh
aluminum tape
some lego parts
craft foam heated up and burnt to look like damage
primed in a high gloss back
painted and sealed

stands 16 inches tall and 20 inches wide

Glory to GOD!

Great work, this is a great base or diorama piece any fan of the show or just figure buff's alike can enjoy for how cool it is! Great battle damage, and wicked paints. You really know this stuff well, and you make it look easy because of your consistency, as we all know it's not! Cool work!

That's an awesome way to show Mazinga's superiority bro .
I never liked Gaiking. So, from a fellow fan... Mazinger-Z rules !!!

That makes 2 of us! My only problem was when I was a kid they translated Mazinger-Z in a U.S. series called Tranzor-Z... I hated the name change...stupid

I didn't even understand half the words in the description. (is that another language?!?) But nobody can debate how cool this looks.
