Who's afraid of the big fat bat? After watching the new DKR animated movie, I was going through the bin trying to brainstorm the next project and I said to myself, "Self, that juggernaut head looks remarkably Miller batmanian."
The body is a compilation of wrestler parts with a re-sculpted SMC Juggy head and an old Ras Al Ghul cape with the collar cut off. With the exception of the gloves and cape, the entire figure has been re-sculpted. I did have to blend the cowl in with sculpt though. The belt is from a Judge Death I think.
A few guys around here, including but not only Grunge, Tinker and Fitz have set the bar so high on this one that I can only hope to hit my head on it. I think, for the amount of restructuring I did, it looks pretty good. What do you guys think? Thanks for checkin him out and keep on blastin?

Remarkable scultping work, and converting that Juggernaut head into a perfect doppelganger for Miller's Dark Knight Returns Batman is no small feat! You made the proportions of a bulky, stocky Batman work without looking overly silly or exaggerated, and captured so much detail in it too. Mad props!

nice I too am mking a DKR Bats out of a WWE figure & Im using the Arkham City DKR Batman as a reference, mostly hes just extremely massive in muscle than in fat

Cool, I'm looking forward to seeing it. I don't think I've made an obese dude here. Miller drew him older and bulky, not ripped and in shape. I tried for a build that looked big and strong, but not flabby.

I see what you mean, in the animated movie when hes in his undies, hes pretty muscular but some fat, LoL I really like what you did here, looks great, know any good heads with a closed mouth?

Besides the DCD figure, maybe see what you can do with a savage dragon head. Or maybe a Drax head, they both have a pretty serious expression.

AWESOME custom, Jade Jaw! Definitely worthy of standing right up there with the other DKR Batman's submitted in the Realm before. I'm totally loving the sculpting and the paints.

Dada dada dada Fatman! are you telling me that judge death belt went the whole way round! Seriously though, this is fantastic and really admire the amount of re-sculpting that went into this. Miller would be proud.
