Spiral's real name is Rita Wayword, better known as 'Ricochet Rita', a professional stuntwoman who befriended Longshot when he first appeared on Earth. Rita was attacked by her evil, future self which led to her meeting Longshot and falling in love with him. After holding her prisoner, Mojo forced his chief scientist, Arize, to perform extreme physical and mental body modifications onto Rita to recreate her into a loyal subordinate. These experiments left her with six arms (two of which are robotic), turned her hair grey, and She does, however, possess incredible physical combat abilities, using a multitude of weapons utilizing her six arms.

I could not think of a better MARVEL character who uses several swords and blade weapons than SPIRAL.I chopped 2 O-brien action Figures to get extra arms and drilled and attached them to a She Hulk action figure. Changed her head as well. O Brien had long chin so I need to chisel it a bit to soften her features. Likewise I need to re-sculpt and chisel each of the limb's to remove the sleeves and sanded to smoothen them.

I also did some modification on her costume by removing her pants (Which the pockets never been used in any of her appearances). I retained her bushy leg warmer made from a fancy furry coin purse.

Her swords were all made from coffee stirrers, painted them each and I cut the at the edge and sculpted the handle so it would look like her swords. Her helmet were fully sculpted and can be replaced by a regular hair.

I have also accessorized her using parts of fancy ear rings. These are her her bracelets and arm bands and necklace

Definitely, I lost counting her articulations. But I enjoyed playing her and testing all possible poses during photo sessions.

I also liked her scale, just enough to match my marvel select gals & JLA collection. She's about an inch or two taller than the original SPIRAL action Figure. Likewise 1 or 2 points more articulated.

Hope you liked her...

Outstanding Spiral--much better than Hasbro's Marvel Legends version. I REALLY dig those fuzzy boots, women everywhere should wear them!
