So, seeing how everybody has done at least one Lex Luthor in a business suit, I figured that I would take a stab at it.
The figure was a pretty simple custom to do. I took a DC Universe Classics/Signature Series Black Mask, and used the boil and pop method to remove his head and hands. Next, I replaced his hands with a set from a Mattel Movie Masters Harvey Dent. With the new hands now attached, I commenced a full repaint of the neck with two coats of Testors Acryl Peach, followed by two coats of Testors Model Masters Flat Clear. While the neck dried, I took an extra Lex Luthor head from the DC Universe Classics Gotham City 5 boxset Lex Luthor and repeated the repainting process for the head this time with the Testors Acryl Peach for the skin and Testors Model Masters Flat Black for the eyebrows, followed by two generous coats of Flat Clear. Once all of the paint and flat clear had fully dried, I attached the head to the body, and TA-DA...Lex Luthor, criminal mastermind and ruthless businessman!!!
Please let me know what you guys think of him, and as always, comments are appreciated.
