When CROSS HAIR goes out into the field after a target, he tries to become the field. He can blend in with his surroundings so completely that an enemy standing five feet away won't see him. He studies his target so closely and so intensely that he can make accurate predictions about where the target is going to move and at what speed. Unfortunately, CROSS HAIR tends to behave this way in the barracks as well. Many G. I. JOE team members have been rudely surprised to find CROSS HAIR looking over their shoulders when they thought they were alone.
