The absent-minded electronic genius who is responsible for the group's zany ghost-chasing equipment.
The first series of RGB action figures were exact replicas of their cartoon counterpart. Each card included the figure (one of the four main characters), a rubbery translucent ghost that could "interact with the hero" (Gulper Ghost was yellow could be placed on the head of the character), Proton Pack and Neutrona Blaster, that is backpack and blaster, blue in colour, with a six inches "particle" stream (Egon's was red) coming out of it; by turning a little lever on the back, kids could make the stream move.
It may also be noticed that Kenner produced Ectoplazm slime in four different colours: the same colors were used in the first line small ghosts.
