Many centuries ago, there lived a man in what is now Japan, who suffered the same fate as Al Simmons. He too died and was sent back to Earth as a Spawn. His costume mimics the uniforms worn by the warriors of the period. Trained in every martial arts method known, Ninja Spawn is a master of hand to hand combat and becomes lethal when handed a sword.
I bought Ninja Spawn loose and complete. I did not recognize that he was a Spawn figure because of the incredible articulation. Not many Spawn figures have that. Anyway, the figure came in a plastic bag with the mask on, so I had no idea that the burned face came underneath. However, just at first glance I could see that this guy came loaded with accessories.
The nice thing about Spawn figures is that what they lack in articulation they make up for with great accessories and paint. This figure had great paint, as most figures do, but also had ball jointed shoulders, swivel wrists, and a swivel chest. His legs could move up and down and the figure really didn't need knee articulation because his legs were already posed in a nice position. Then the accessories.
