This is one of my favorite action figures of all time. This was one of the first DC Universe Classics I bought. I have always been a fan of the design and bright colors on Red Tornado's costume. Mattels rendition of this character was a perfect match to the classic dcu R.T. the paint job on this figure is nothing short of magnificent.
