Spider-Man got an all-new look when he found a sleek black costume that came complete with its own built-in web shooters. It seemed like a perfect fit for the wall crawler, until he realized that the costume was, in reality, an alien symbiote which had come to Earth on a returning space shuttle. Spider-Man eventually freed himself from the creature, which went on to bond with reporter Eddie Brock. The symbiote bestowed upon Brock the super powers it had absorbed form Spider-Man and together they became the fearsome being known as Venom.
People all over the world loved Spiderman when he wore the black suit, and after he went back to wearing his original costume, someone decided to make a blacksuit figure. Great, but they did a very very bad job.
Black Suit Spidey stands at 5 inches tall with all basic articulation, including full range of movement at the shoulders. He's dressed the same way as he appeared on the cartoon, painted all black with white eyes, patches on his hands, and spider symbols on his chest and back.
