Here comes a real hot dogger! It's Vinnie kickin' up dust, riding his rugged Rattler ATV. When it's tail whippin' time, Vinnie jacks up the suspension, aims the dirt-bike guns and blasts to action. He lets loose his secret grappling hook to snare villains like Limburger and Brie, and then tows the bad guys behind. Ride free, Citizens!

1. Pull out grappler to hook figure or vehicle.
2. Turn handle to reel in.
3. To jack up the suspension, pull up seat and separate from rear wheels. Push down to reset in cruise position.
4. To reveal secret attack guns, push down on Power Button.
