this is a very impressive figure he looks very accurate to the game. Ryu Hayabusa comes with one sword and a sheath it fits into which is on his back,he also comes with two long poles with blades on them however unlike what the package says you do not get throwing daggers, the figure also comes with interchangeable hands. The figures sculpt and paint are very good and have no flaws I think anyway.now about the weapons, as I said before he comes with no throwing daggers but a place on his leg where throwing daggers can be placed, the tofus I believe they are called they are the poles with the blades I mentioned earlier have a pretty good paint but I think that they could have tried harder to make it look more like wood, the dragon sword is very nicely done in my opinion it has a red handle...[See More]
This is one of the most impressive action figure from the Player Select video game series action figures from NECA I have ever seen. I bought 3 of these, one for my 11-year old sister Andrea, the other 2 for me. One is open and one is still in the case in mint condition. This by far is the most posable figure from NECA other than Altair from Assassin's Creed. Several fans wanted an fully-posable action figure, not statue, of Ryu Hayabusa of Ninja Gaiden, and now it's here and it's available at any comic book store or FYE Store.
One of the many unique features is that is has 32 points of articulation, though I believe that it has more than that and it's extremely posable. The detail of the figure is top notch, and the weapons look like they're from the game. It even comes with a...[See More]
From the famed video game series "Ninja Gaiden", Neca brings to life the Ninja Warrior Ryu Hayabusa like never before with thirty-three points of articulation, a stelar sculpt, beautiful paint applications and a really bad left hand and right socket. Not to say that this is a bad toy, it isn't, there is just a few quality control issuse that should have been worked out.
Ryu is seven inches tall and, unlike previous Player Select toys like the Gears of War and Bionic Commando figures, puts more focus on articulation and not detail to show off his flexibility and ninja skill I guess. Ryu has obvious ball jointed hips and ab-crunch as well as double hinged elbows. Other, less obvious, articulation include hinged toes, a swivel waits, a ball socket head and swivel neck-base, swivel biceps,...[See More]
