Once he was a human criminal mastermind, proud and contemptuous of all decency and authority. Then he was trapped in a chemical plant and accidentally covered with a strange mixture of dangerous compounds. He was transformed into Slag, and is now capable of using volcanic molten rock as both a defense and weapon! Battering and crushing opponents with his lava-laden fists is his greatest pleasure. Pain is virtually unknown to him, except when he inflicts it! The WildC.A.T. Maul has battled him and survived, but only with the greatest difficulty. A member of the Troika, a trio of mercenary terrorists who have been tools of the evil ruler Helspont, Slag yearns for a bone-grinding victory over the WildC.A.T.s!
