Axer learned his craft hunting down microchip smugglers in the slag swamps of Cybertron. His custom-designed all-terrain Turbo Cycle is equipped with heat-seeking proton missile batteries, quadrophonic sonic blasters and magnetic-lock targeting destabilizer rifle; and converts to a dual photon cannon battle station.
While originally a Decepticon bounty hunter, Axer left them to join Cannonball's crew, the Star Seekers.
