Batzarro, a peculiar and enigmatic figure in the world of superheroes, embarked on a path that diverged sharply from Batman's origins. Armed with dual pistols, he targeted couples who walked down Crime Alley, embodying the antithesis of Batman's mission. Despite his isolated existence and lack of companionship, Batzarro caught the attention of Bizarro, who empathized with his lonely disposition. Batzarro claimed to hail from the same realm as Bizarro and aspired to become a hero like his idol, Batman.

In an unexpected turn of events, Bizarro offered to form an alliance with Batzarro, extending a hand in friendship. As the two shook hands, an unusual transformation overcame Bizarro, much to Batzarro's amusement. Revealing a Blue Kryptonite shard he had found after a meteor shower, Batzarro inadvertently restored Bizarro to his original state. Grateful for Bizarro's assistance, Batzarro assured him that he refrained from tampering with the crime scene, preventing any contamination.

At times, Batzarro's actions appeared to align with Batman's cause, although his speech, distorted and convoluted, often perplexed observers. According to Bizarro, Batzarro did not originate from the same place as the original Bizarro, resulting in their stark differences. Nevertheless, some speculate that Bizarro's statement was reversed due to his unique way of speaking, implying that Batzarro did, in fact, emerge from the same origin as Bizarro, accounting for their uncanny similarities. Eventually, it was unveiled that the Joker was the mastermind behind Batzarro's creation, bestowing upon him a shared origin with Bizarro, as both were brought into existence by the clownish villain.
