Overtkill, after undergoing several alterations, relies on his cybernetic arm as his chief weapon. A cyborg with a human brain, Overtkill was created by the Mafia when Tremor failed to be their ultimate weapon. After being destroyed by Spawn, Overtkill was rebuilt to be an even stronger opponent for all of his enemies, but particularly for Spawn. Overtkill is a one man wrecking crew capable of defeating an entire army with little effort.
