Intelligence sources venture a guess that he raced speedboats in high stakes races in Monaco and Japan. His major weakness is gambling and [he] is in debt to Cobra for a large sum of money. Without enough money to cover what he owes, he joined Python Patrol as a faster means of paying off his debt.
