(Taken from two spots on the front of the package): "The flaming body of the fire elemental will burn anything flamable it touches." "Fire elementals live in another dimension and can only be brought to the dungeon by powerful magic users. They are very strong creatures."

(Taken from the back of the package): "Fire elementals are stupid, but possess great strength and set fire to anything they touch. Water will stop the fire elemental, who must be called by a powerful magic-user. Elementals resent having to leave their homes, and often turn on the wizards that call them."
