Born in the 30th century, young Bart Allen inherited the incredible super-speed abilities of his grandfather, Barry Allen - and none of the good sense. After traveling back to our own era, Bart took up residence in the town of Manchester, Alabama, where life moves at a pace that seems excruciatingly slow to his young hero. Bart keeps busy by driving super-speed guru Max Mercury crazy and by adventuring with his Young Justice teammates.
