Description:

Red Tornado began life as an alien consciousness that arrived on Earth and entered the android Red Tornado body, a creation of criminal scientist T.O. Morrow. At first, the Red Tornado was forced to follow Morrow's evil programming and attempt to infiltrate and destroy the Justice League of America, but he eventually broke the scientist's hold on him and used his powers as a living tornado, able to generate winds of incredible speed and intensity, as a member of the team he once tried to destroy.
