 Pretty much! I used my trusty dremel seperate the Logan torso from his hips, then I used a screw in the middle and some super glue to attach it to the hips. And since the Logan figure and Indy figure are similarly made, you can heat and pop the arms right out.

 I know, I think dead pool might be more over done than wolverine, but I really didn't like Hasbro's figure at all.

 Hey thanks man! I definitely try to do the best paints I can. The head cast is awesome, it's from the angel forge. Them and star wars geek have some great stuff for 3 3/4 customizing.
