Nice work...I like the detailing work on the chipped plaster and broken floor boards. Something I found out recently when working with foam board is that its the moisture in the paint that makes it bow and warp. If you do a base coat or 2 in Elmers School Glue, it will repel the moisture and prevent the warping...
Have you thought about using a Sigma Six head and modding it a little?
