Have you tried a small screwdriver for like eyeglasses?? if they can't be unscrewed you can try and boil it till they pop out

It looks like a WWE Heidenreich Jakks Pacific action figure. The hands are def from that figure and possibly the head. The jacket is also jakks pacific, probably from an Edge figure and painted.
