 I heated up the shoulder and wrist joints and popped out the pegs. The figure's torso is soft vinyl, as are the jacket sleeves.

 Agreed, definitely. I've seen a couple companies release 4" figures for their zombie series, but very little in terms of 6", unless I go in for dollhouse style figures, which are hit or miss.

I used a little gorilla glue to put a thin layer of the stuff on the neck ball. Once dry, it was a nice added bulk to the neck ball
