Something new about Unas? :-) I was thinking about doing him aswell, but the headsculpt is to difficult for me... would love to use or 3D model. For the body I think it can be used the "Gorn" figure from Star Trek - Diamond Select/ArtAsylum, or some Predator figure maybe.

Which Picard head have you used exactly? There are more of them, first was Art Asylum (First Contact), then the TNG uniform versions (Diamond Select Toys) and the last is also DST in TNG uniform, but it was made later, the head is without neck (neck is on the body) and the figure was made + a Borg torso...

This is exactly the kind of stuff I was hoping to see with the proliferation of cheap 3D printers, but sadly we don't have enough talented sculptors willing to work on action figures.
