Customs: Sammi Curr by hussapocalypse -
Sunday, May 1, 2011
Very Cool. It's been a while since I have done any customs and I thought about doing something from an overlooked 80's horror movie like this. You should make a variant with W.A.S.P. singer Blackie Lawless as Sammy Curr. He was originally cast to play the part but something didn't work out. Nice work my friend.

Customs: Venom by VIPER PRIME -
Tuesday, November 24, 2009
Thank you so much for this. It is truly an honor for me and it gives me more ispiration to do more with my work. It has been a goal of mine to be recognized as a great customizer like Jin Saotome or Kyle Robinson. Having this Venom being featured as a Custom of the Week is a real testament to my hard work, and I have my friends here at Figurerealm to thank for it. If it wasn't for the great advice and the tutorials this figure would have never been possible. So thank you very, very much. Hopefully I will have more great figures like this one to display in the future.

Thank you all so much for your feedback. To answer some of the questions out there... Hours? I wish. This custom took me almost 3 months. If I include the consecutive hours spent making it I'd have to say easily 3 1/2 weeks. Yeah this one was a doozy. Again thanks for all the support and feedback.

Welocome to the Realm. I am a big fan of Power Rangers and I really like your take on this figure. I have to ask...Are the heads swapable or does the helmet fit over it? Keep up the good work.

Customs: V for Vendetta by VincentShaw -

I do not understand why people aren't commenting on this custom. I personally know how hard it is the work with real fabric in a figure of this scale. This custom is completely awsome. Mad props to you dude, this is the best V I have ever seen...ever.

Nice work. The one thing missing from my Prime custom is Blue LED eyes. How did you manage to get the head and heck area apart to replace it. I do not know how to take apart rivets, and metal pin joint and hinges so this would be very helpful to me. Thank you.

Customs: Animated Deadpool X-Men Suit by Eniam_Rej -

Cool concept on this figure. I like how the animated Spider does come in very handy for a Deadpool custom. KInda reminds me of the HUlk vs. cartoon movies. Keep up the good work.

I know. I forgot to mention that I had used Testors model master paints for the robot parts (dry brushing technique) and tamiya clear colors for the lights on the truck mode. I did use the Aclad black base for the windows because they are transparent so the LEDs still show through it.

Thank you so much. It took along time to make this guy. Not so much labor, but the fact that I have many ideas for others customs. I would work on him, stop, and then do another custom. That process took place a few times. I am so glad it is getting this attention because he was put to the way side a few times. Now it is his turn to shine. Thanks again.

Good Job. I too like Venom this way. I like the old Venom where someone could identify that there is a human underneath him. Today he look more monsterous and distorted...Boo! Great figure, I need to make one of these.

Customs: Movie Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) by da man -
Thursday, March 12, 2009
I am getting confused...I saw a movie Deadpool figure the store yesterday and it was bald, had red paint designs on his head and torso, and had a long claw comming out of each hand like Baraka from mortal combat. In the most recent trailor they show the bald one having cyclops' powers. Are these 2 versions one in the same, or is Ryan Reynolds playing someone else perhaps.
Either way I am a Ryan Reynolds fan you did an amaxing job on this figure. I have seen pics of him like this, and it is dead on

Good job. I am a very big fan of the US version of Power Rangers but I do try hard to be a Sentai Purist, and I knoe for a fact that this is a good Japanese version of this character. Keep up the good work

Customs: Iron Man by TonyzCustomz -

What kind of gold did you use or technique. I am looking to n Iron Man and I either get very dull gold or it will look more yellow. I think the Transformer head looks better on this figure good job.

This is a really cool figure. I cannot understand why they just can't seem to make a decent figure of this guy but you have that right idea. Way to go dude.

Customs: RULK (Red Hulk) by FozzyRockin -
Friday, January 2, 2009
Welcome to figure realm and happy new year! Like Niallskie said use the tutorials they are great and have helped my customizing evolve into masterpieces. I also did a Red Hulk. I think that this character is the most interesting subject in comic books and every fan wants a nice figure for thier collection. Unfotunatley is isn't easy to come by, it is expensive to find all the pieces to the BAF hulk, or it is hard to find Marvel Select figures. Making a great custom is the logical choice.
I must say as your first custom here at the realm I give it 2 thumbs up. Good job and keep up the great work. Great way to start 2009!

Customs: Red Hulk by VIPER PRIME -
Friday, December 5, 2008
Thank you all. Yes the head was the best Idea especially since Red HUlk has significant facial Features from old Greeny. I actually managed to cut the center from the FO HUlk head and place it iin this one so I can get the full range of articulation. It is my personal opinion but I feel the this HUlk body is the superior sculpt. BTW I believe they are coming out with a Marvel Select Red Hulk which has the same body as the Green one they made already... unless you like the BAF head better on that figure.
Customs: Movie Two Face by spawnsauce -

This is one of the best 2 faces I've seen. I was going to try to pick up a second Joker goon for this, and you hit the nail on the head...A ronin head is perfect for this project. Great job man

Tell me about it. I have been making customs for years but now I feel that I can get more professional quality out of my work. My next step is to install an LED into his chest. I also have some great ideas for customs never seen before using these new painting methods, but everyone will have to wait to see what I'll bring to the Realm in the near future.

Really nice figure. I like how it incorporates the 90's cartoon, in a modern day figure setting.
What kind of sculpt did you use and where can it be found. I have limited resources where I live and any help would be appreciated.

Customs: The Green Ranger by ivorygleam -
Monday, August 11, 2008
Neat idea using a Sigma 6 figure. I have already made a Green Ranger, which is posted on this site, but I am looking to make one with a more serious attitude. I already blue prints on making both Burai and Geki (or Tommy and Jason as most may know them as) to create a more modern and realistic version of them. You'll just have to wait and see. Really nice custom, and keep up the great work
