This is spectacular! Casey was actually my next project. I just got my neca turtles and I had previously done a Shredder (which is posted on this site). Casey Jones was another character I had to have and your custom is a prime example of what I would like mine to look like. Very well done! 😁

Thanks for the comment. ☺ I don't know why, I was instantly obsessed with minimates from the release of their Ghostbusters series. Since then I have collected hundreds. They might come off as simple customs, but that's what I like most is their customizability. At least, as you said, they are recognisable.

This is pretty sweet! You should get a Doctor Who Jack Harkness figure (only 5 inch scale, I know) for an alternate head. That would be cool!

The head/body swap works perfect doesn't it?! I did this one a few years back. Check it out under my creator name (ruredi2roc). A few other DW customs there.
Great job on this one! Diggin' it!

As someone posted on one of my creations, "there is not enough Doctor Who customs on this site". For this reason, I love it when I see a new DW custom! Well done!

Thanks for the
, man! I can't wait to see what you do with your customs!Tuesday, November 6, 2012
Thanks so much, man! That's quite a compliment coming from you. Your figure (which is just awesome!) Had amazing detail to it! I only wish I had the talent (and tools
) to get that kind of detail into this one.Sunday, October 14, 2012
Yeah, so many customs of ScarJo's "Black Widow", but this is by far the BEST I've seen. This is the recipe I want to use for making my custom. Well done!

You are correct, sir. And, I could totally hear Morgan Freeman.

EXCELLENT Minimate customs, my friend!!! Very nice detail and great concepts. This one is great and I especially dig your SPAWN. I know how difficult making such a small scale custom can be. Check out my customs, I've done a few minimates myself.

Thanks for the comment! Actually, I only used acrylics. It sticks to the epoxy (hair and shirt) pretty well, but if you mess with the figure too much, the paint can rub off pretty quick. I can get away with this because I only have her displayed on my shelf.

Thanks for the comments!! I agree that CO has been missing out on some of the best variations of characters in Doctor Who, so it's been fun coming up with a few customs. The background is an 8th Doctors TARDIS display that was created using first off, the TARDIS background created on AFTDOWNLOADS.CO.UK. Those guys put together some great displays! I finished my set off with a few scale items...uh...yeah, okay...dollhouse furniture. :cP This stuff was found mostly at Hobby Lobby, some of it I made from scratch using sculpey, and some of it I just purchased on a website. Hope this helps y'all out! Thanks again!

Me too. That's why I was bound and determined to create another version of her. I actually want to try a few others as well. Thanks for the kudos!

Thanks so much for the comments, y'all. Much appreciated!
Actually evanjones1, it's funny you mention a mid-transformation figure. The 2nd photo posted was made using photoshop and just splicing bits of a photo of "Colossus" on to "Poitr". After I did that, I actually thought to myself, "I should make a figure that looks like that...but better looking and more thought-out, of course.

Haha. Brilliant man. Absolutely brilliant. Very nice work!

Haha. You can't forget Strong Bad's version either.
"Smells Like Peanut Action!"
Actually, that would be a cool project to take on. You did such a good job on this figure, I bet you could make the whole line.

Haha! This is CLASSIC, man. Very nice work. You should incorporate the glow in the dark abs, too.
TROGGDOR!!!

It's actually floral moss. It's cheap, it looks good, and it's easy to find (got mine at Walmart). Thanks for the comments! Much appreciated.

Wow, nice! I was just thinking the other day that I would love to see a Keaton Batman and a Nicholson Joker to fit with the Dark Knight Movie Masters figures. Great work, my friend.
Great job. I had done this same thing to make my bruce banner (found on this site), except I left the shirt white. Love the Gen. Ross idea, though. Very creative.

Very excellent job on this one. Most Joker face repaints I've seen have been so-so, but yours is done quite well. Kudos! Great custom!

Believe it or not, about 95% of the pack was made from Sculpey clay. It took about 20-25 trips to the oven, so it required A LOT of patience. I started with the base shape (cornered at the top, rounded at the bottom) and just gradually added the details which I got from numerous online reference photos, so the pack is quite movie-accurate. After each small sculpt of the pack, it was baked as not to damage what had already been done while working on a new detail. The minor exceptions on the pack were the wires which were simply made from colored paper clips, the hose that connects the pack to the neutrona wand (this was some pretty cool, seemingly latex-made tubing bought from Walmart which is used to make bead necklaces), the ALICE frame (made from a wire hangar and olive drab fabric f ...
