Thank you so very much!
Thank you, I was definately going for the animation look. I agree about the comments made on the tomb. It needed some dry brushing etc... It was a last minute addition to the custom (as in started and finished on the day of the deadline) so detail was something I had to leave out. As for the heiroglyphics, I wanted to stay as try to the cartoon as possible and it was a very plain tomb.
Thank you! I like to think of myself as a pioneer in the custom community. I love solving problems and developing new techniques. I'm an Industrial Design major at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) so this is great brainstorming and creative thinking practice for me.
Thank you. I am huge on keeping as much articulation and proportion intact while being able to maintain as much detail as possible.
Sorry to hear that.
I agree. More to come, I have some stuff lined up for the "Spirit" and "Villain" contests, so be sure to check those out. Thanks for the feedback!
That's awesome, thanks man!
Thank you!
Yea, sorry about that. I haven't participated in a contest in YEARS! I think I even made this same mistake then too. Very sorry about that...
Thank you, much appreciated.
Memphis, thank you so very much. This is awesome feedback!
I COMPLETELY agree about the use of cloth on figures. In most cases when cloth is used it looks static, bulky or just out of place. What I do is find material that is thin or "silky" in texture which allows flow. In this case I purchased an "Under Armor" shirt because of the materials "flow". Worked out pretty well. The hood is lined with wire to hold form. Anyway, this is a great comment because it is something I definately was hoping someone would take note of so I appreciate it.
Thank you very much!

Is Afro Samurai considered japanimation and/or eligible?

Fantastic!
What about G.I. Joe and/or Predator comics? Would these count as independent comics being as they are IDW and Darkhorse etc...

Question, can an entry consist of more than one figure? Example, (I know this would not be eligible because it's Marvel), 3 members of the X-men team.
What about G.I. Joe and/or Predator comics?

Absolutely freaking great. I am planning on customizing my first Munny figure soon. I have 3 of their figures, but have not decided what to do with them.
