Have you tried a small screwdriver for like eyeglasses?? if they can't be unscrewed you can try and boil it till they pop out

I'm a little afraid to boil it as it's a flashlight figure, and I'm not sure how they built the inside. But the eyeglasses kit I haven't tried yet! The bolts don't have the usual heads, but there are more regular screws on the main body. Maybe popping apart the abdomen is my answer...
