I just saw some of the new star wars figures from the black series, might find something useful there, lots of uniformed characters.

I'll suggest you practice sculpting asap, youll save yourself a lot of time and money later if you can just sculpt what you need.

The arms should be easy enough to get, there are a few figs like Fury, Faith, guys in suits, etc. that have jacketed arms.

Don't know about the pants, maybe there are female wreslers with pants like that? ...

WOW THIS IS AWESOME! Jak has been one of my most favorite games ever! If you'd make one from Jak I (the precursor legacy) I would gladly buy it. Even if it's 50.00 or so XD

A little rough, but pretty cool regardless. I like the layered look of his outfit. Are you going to make some of the other characters (I already saw, and commented on your Daxter)?
Jak 2 is my least favorite Jak game (too hard--although I did beat it)--I like the original the best.
