ArceeTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Basic Series

craftsmiththis figure, being the first arcee I've owned is a big let down, the arms are scrawney and tough to pose, unless she holds the cross bow. the back kibble is excessive and the gas tank on the chest area makes the figure look more beer belly than feminine. this figure gets three stars as I'm going to use it as a custom and it has a good base to work on, the fact it is usable for custom and the head sculpt is great are the only things worth mentioning really....[

Collector1Ten years ago, Starscream sacrificed his life to show Galvatron, the leader of the Decepticon's, the reality of the threat posed by the God of Choas Unicron. However, though his body was completly destroyed by Unicron, Starscream's spark remained alive. After being exiled from the remains of Unicron by the resurrected Megatron, Alpha Q used what little energon he had left and recreated Starscreams body. However, Starscream was nothing more than a blank slate, having no memories of his past life and capable of shifting from place to place due to the instability of his new form.
With his new powers and under the control of Alpha Q, can Starscream succeed in his mission to destroy Megatron, or while the Decepticon Commander be too much for him to handle?
Starscream does not come with an...[

DivebombTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Basic Series

Collector1One of the many Terrorcons created by Alpha Q, the Divebomb drones are the fastest and most deadly in air to air or air to ground combat. In their beast modes, Divebomb drones are quick and agile, attacking with their crushing beaks and deadly Energon Blades sprouting from their necks. In robot mode, Divebomb drones are just as fast and far more stealthy, using their Energon blades as either dual weapons or twin bladed weapons to eliminate their target.
Divebomb can transform into a robotic hawk and a ninja styled robot. In beast mode, Divebomb has articulation at the base of his wings, the bend in the middle of his winge, and his talons. The two Energon Blades can fit individually on the two five milli meter holes on the side of his beast modes head or fit in his mouth to by the tips...[

RodimusTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Deluxe Class

Collector1Though a bot that desires peace above all else, Rodimus is still a force to be reckoned with on the fields of battle. A brilliant military strategist, Rodimus can turn the tables of even the most hopeless situations.
Energon Rodimus is a homage to the Generation One Transformer Hot Rod and Rodimus Prime, combining elements of his two forms into a single robot. Rodimus transforms into a Cybertronian truck painted with golden flames. Transforming Rodimus from vehicle to robot mode can be rather difficult, but with enough practice, it becomes rather easy.
The back of his truck mode transforms into his arms and the rear set of wheels act as his shoulder pads. The jet thrusters simply flip over to reveal his hands. The front end of Rodimus' vehicle mode transforms into his lower body with...[

SlugslingerTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Powerlinx Battles - Deluxe Class

Collector1Let's make this good and clear, all right? This guy is a pain to transform! The hinges are what make this a truly tricky transformation and you will have to reference the instruction manual at least...five times before you can do it without them.
Slugslinger is a homage, like so many of the Energon line, to his G1 name sake and transforms into a twin nose coned Cybertronian Jet Fighter which according to all laws of aerodynamics, should not be able to get off the freaking ground!
Is paint scheme is similar to the original G1 Slugslinger but with more green and yellow...or is that orange? It's somewhere in between, I can't really tell.
The face is similar to the Batman Villain Two-Face which adds to the cool factor.
The twin nose cones become the Decepticon Seeker's legs while the...[

Collector1Ressurected from within the bowels of the dead Unicron, Megatron is more powerful than ever! Weilding a devistating cannon that can operate on its own accord of his body as a mini-tank and power energon saber, Megatron is ready to destroy his cursed enemy Optimus Prime once and for all!
Transforming into a Cybertronian attack ship, Megatron has an overwelming arsonal at his disposal. Mounted on his shoulders are twin swiviling laser guns. In vehicle mode, the guns act as its main weapon in conguntion with the tank that attaches to the back and lasers on his nose cone and wing tips!
In robot mode, by placing the rear end of the tank inside the up turned ships nose cone, an energon sword is attached to it with lots of noise and shining lights.
The body is pretty much a homage to the...[

ArceeTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Basic Series

Collector1In her first appearance in The Transformers: The Movie, Arcee was one of a select few female Transformers and to a very small few, a disturbingly hot Transformer.
Before Energon, Arcee was only avalible as either none Transforming mini-figures or statues and one Blackaracnia Transmetals repaint figure. Now, Arcee once more lives in the form of a speed bike.
Her head is very similair to her original head from the 1985 movie, and her paint job includes the same light pinks and white, but with a touch of black and translucent red.
An energon chip attaches to her gas tank, chest in robot mode, magnifing just barely her Autobot insignia.
A crowsbow made up of her tail pipes attaches to her inner arms, but the bulk of the darned thing makes posing her with it a small hassle, but well...[

DivebombTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Basic Series

Henchmen4HireDivebomb is a little taller than 4-inches in robot-mode, he falls somewhere between a Scout and Deluxe-class TF. Knowing nothing about TF history, I can't say if DB is accurately designed, but I bought it anyway based on pure coolness factor. I mean, he's a hawk that transforms into a ninja! How can you not buy this for $7.99! Assuming you can find it at that price of course (if you can find it at all!). The color-scheme is a lot nicer than the clashing colors of many of the other TFs in the Energon series, and all the white made me surprised this guy is a Decepticon. Divebomb also comes packaged along with a snap-on piece of clear green Energon that can attach to the chest. The "feathers" in the wings are also clear-green and so is the cool weapon he has! It's hard to describe, but DB...[

BulkheadTransformers - Energon (Hasbro) - Ultra Class
Rated

Henchmen4HireDon't crucify me die-hard TF fans, but I'm not too sure what size an "Ultra-Class" Transformer is supposed to be, but it looks slightly larger than a Voyager-Class, which is what I'm familiar with. The point is, no matter what size our friend Bulkhead is, he's a top-class figure.
Bulkhead stands about 7.5 inches tall, which is a pretty good size for the originally $25 retail price. Size alone isn't why I bought this guy though, despite being called BULK-head, he's not too bulky at all. I like a TF that can actually move and be posed well because it's not restricted by huge battery-packs or "action features". Also, he's wearing a visor and he has a sweet mustache! What's not to love! I also like how the Autobot symbol is boldly displayed on his chest, like hey, I'm an Autobot, you got a...[
