Hannah Dundee Cadillacs and Dinosaurs (Tyco)Figure: HANNAH DUNDEE Line: CADILLACS AND DINOSAURS, 1993 Company: TYCO Stock Number: 1302-3 (Assortment 1302, 3rd figure) UPC Barcode: 043302130235 Overview: Drawn from the short-lived (but well-done) Saturday morning cartoon "Cadillacs And Dinosaurs", this is Hannah Dundee, the female star of the show. She stands 4.25" tall with articulation at the head, shoulders, and hips (5 points total). She comes packaged with a crossbow and two 2.5" long arrows; the crossbow is spring-loaded to shoot one arrow while holding the second one. The Good: That crossbow shoots! I've had shots regularly travel over 8 feet! Hannah is taken straight out of the cartoon series, wearing the same costume; red belly-baring halter top tied in front, light blue trouseres, black boots, and black belt with holsters sculpted to look like it holds a pistol. Hannah is good on her feet, very stable (her feet are set in a wide fighting stance). The Bad: But don't try to stand Hannah up while holding the crossbow. As with all of the toys in this line, her accessory weapon is some _uber_gun that is almost as big as the figure! The Ugly: What's with the hair! Hannah has long black hair in the comic book, the cartoon, and the nice toon-taken image used on the card. But the figure has some ponytail type thing that barely reaches her shoulder. Fire that stylist girlfriend! Hannah has as much cleavage as Jack Tenrec. No, wait, Jack has more. Last Shot: The Verdict: Good basic sculpt figure (no dynamic poses here) appealing to toy fans and Cadillac And Dinosaurs (both the cartoon and the comic book) fanboys. Related Toys: The back of the card shows a whole line of toys based on the series; Jack Tenrec, Hammer Terhune, Vice Terhune, Mustafa Cairo, and Jungle Fighting Jack Tenrec are the humans good and bad fighting in a future world of dinosaurs; Zeke, Hermes, Snake-Eyes, and Kentrosaurus are cyborg dinosaurs; Jack Tenrec gets a rock-dropping Glider and the bad guy Hammer gets a Tribike; and there's a big fortress-like Jack's Garage playset, not sure if that was ever produced. The two coolest toys on the back are Jack Tenrec's Cadillac, a 1953 red Caddy convertible all chromed out with missile launchers! And there's a Nitro Express pistol which appears to shoot nerf-like projectiles; if Hannah's crossbow is any indication, this thing might be able to inflict blunt force trauma up to a mile away ...
