Low-Light G.I. Joe - Pursuit of Cobra (Hasbro)The relaunch of figures often divides opinions in the community of collectors. And the 50-year-old commemorative collection is full of them. Some do not make sense because they are unattractive figures. Others are relaunching of coveted and rare material, which is the case of Low-Light released in 2011 in the Pursuit of Cobra collection. Low-Light features everything a modern GI Joe collector could expect. The look goes back to the original 1986 release, but with an upgrade to the present day. From the use of already used molds, passed through the detailing of the jacket to the new head sculpt, the design of the character hits in full. The colors also refer to the classic look of the night shooter. The jacket slightly limits the joints of the torso, but for a character whose main pose consists of being half lied in the ground, it is not an aggravating factor. The same immensity of accessories that accompanied the figure in PoC is present in its relaunch. It has the same Chey Tac M-200 sniper rifle that can be disassembled and stored in the case. The glasses, the Uzi submachine gun, the sensational backpack, the knife, the phone, the telescope, the GPS, even the ammunition case with the tiny bullet (which can easily be lost in the carpet) is all there. Finally, the relaunch of one of the best figures of the already excellent collection Pursuit of Cobra was a pleasant surprise. For those who did not get the original, it is mandatory acquisition. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
