Over the many years of filmmaking, there are a few films that have developed a strong fan following and discussion. Jokingly called Cult Classics, many have become or were famous and/or ahead of their time. People thoroughly enjoyed them and stayed with them and thus they became legendary. This status doesn't apply to older films either. New film fanatics are constantly developing "cults" around new movies.
