Thanks! I sculpted the little dudes in Castilene first. I made a base head, torso and legs and made a mold of it. I then re-sculpted the head with three different expressions and sculpted the outfit over the figure. For the arms I drilled holes into the torso, glued in wire and sculpted the arms using All-Fix Epoxy.

Thanks for all the good word, everyone!
I read this comic way back in 1986 when I was 10 years old and it made a lasting impression for a whole lot of reasons, particularly the throne and S&M henchmen. Their faces scared the crap out of me. This was the first Batman comic I ever read, too, and after growing up watching Adam West & Cesar Romero play Batman & Joker you can see why "The Killing Joke" was so frightening for me.
I finally got around to buying the new re-colored graphic novel and it inspired me to create this.
