Recently I've used a mix of 2 parts Vallejo Mahogany Brown to 1 part Vallejo Desert Yellow, produces a bit lighter, warmer skin tone and is easy to mix. For darker skin I've used the Vallejo Chocolate Brown, but it does tend to be pretty dark so I'd suggest be sure that's what you wanted before going that route. I have also used Model Masters Skin Tone Shadow straight from the bottle with decent results. It's quite a bit lighter than the Vallejo Choc, for comparison I think it's pretty close to the skin tone on the Marvel Legends MCU Thor: Ragnarok Valkyrie.

I like to use Privateer press Formula P3 Idrian Flesh paint.

Also, here is a great link for skin tones: https://www.leonasworkshop.com/how-to/skin-tone-chart/

Cheers
