he is three inches tall and has no manufacturer name on it. does have a code on the back CN B.09 CHINA

thanks again for all the help. I spent some time searching threw toys taht were made in 2009 with no luck, I eve took the picture and did a google search with it

was thinking I would have seen playmates on it some where, its smaller than a gijoe but bigger than a mask figure. I need to take better pictures.
