Some people on here suggested that I should use VHT flat white when painting a figure flat white to prevent the paint from showing brush Strokes but when I tried it on my Dc Universe Manhunter some of the parts came out sticky or tacky so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Some plastics react badly to the chemicals in spray paint, usually softer plastics.
VHT makes different types of spray paint, they also make spray dye (that's what I use), so you'll have to do some trial and error to see what the problem is.
