Is there a place here where I can request a fellow customizer for a commission work? How do I request someone to make a custom figure? I was looking to engage with some customizer(s) to see how much they would charge for a custom made figure.

Best way is to send the customizers' work you like a personal message to see if they would be interested in doing a commission. To do that, open the page for one of their submitted customs, then click on the small icon at the end of their name, from there you will have access to a link allowing you to contact the customizer.
