Need help finding a head!

If you're doing them with face paint, I'd think you have a lot of leeway with sculpt likenesses. If I was you I'd be looking at WWE heads, especially for the chunky guy.

I tried it a while ago. The Zephyr software isn't meant for replicating small detailed things like figure heads, it spits out a low poly mesh that looks like junk if you print it. It's more for large objects like buildings, cars, etc.

The expensive pro version has tools that help you make higher res models from the images, but it's so much work and expense on your end. Plus, you have to be a 3D modeling whiz to clean up the models before printing.

Do you have access to a 3d printer?

My school has one I could theoretically use. Why?

There's a program called Zephyr that makes 3d models from photos. You might try that out.

From the looks of it, I need very clear photos from every angle of the item.
