Custom 6"-7" Aragorn Figure with great face

Hello figure realm community. So i have this idea and I want to see what some of you think. I was thinking of perhaps creating a Aragorn action figure that closely resembles Viggo's face accurately. Most of ToyBiz's models for him that's a 6-7" figure aren't perfect. What I was thinking, and tell me if this is crazy, that i create a 3D model of his face in a program and use a Form Labs 3D printer to print it, paint it, and place it on a action figures head. If this is possible, i think it is from what i looked up, does anyone know maybe the size of the head has to be in order for it to on an existing LoTR ToyBiz 6-7" figure? Or does anyone have suggestions on perhaps another toy model i could use to build this custom aragorn figure. I'm open to ideas or suggestions.
