Can anyone I.D. These??

Looking at the other figures in the line they were based on Diablo 2, a pc game from Blizzard (Diablo 3 just came out). I just didn't remember those guys being in the game, I guess I didn't play Act V enough.

We found them dude , I knew the boot looked like GOW, that's why I assumed he was the same but he's actually from Quake

The second one, I dunno the series but it is called Diablo, I have no idea what diablo was/ish but there's only two figures over two waves so I can't see it was that popular

I don't remember anything like that in the Diablo series. The first one strikes me as something from a movie and the other a video game.

Edit: after looking through some galleries the boot on the right side of the second picture matches the boot of a GoW Locust Drone, the figure in question looks like a locust wretch but there hasn't been a figure for that. At the very least we can narrow it down to be made by NECA.

So that's one solved, I can't get house of the dead out of my head for the first one, I'm sure I remember fighting something that looked like this. I've searched a few places and it seems they only did two zombies, the hydrophant and strength for that line. I just can't get past that thought tho

No clue on the top, the bottom is def not gears of war, could it be something from dead space?
