Hi I'm very new to customizing I've never customized a figure before so bear with me
I'm planning on making a custom cloth cape for the marvel legends jane foster thor and I thought about cutting off that plastic waist skirt thingy and replacing that with cloth too
here is the part im talking about (btw should I keep this bit as well?)
first of all is that a good idea do you think and second how would I go about that? It can't slide off and i dont think I can stick the cloth to it while its still on its pretty tightly on the figure. is there an easy way to remove the legs without damaging it?
I reccomend cutting of the front skirt, but keeping the belt section intact. You don't have to remove the legs, heat up the torso and then remove it from the waist. Before you go any further though I highly reccommend looking at all the tutorials we have on this site. They'll give you all the info you need to work on a custom.
